Membership Categories
Regular Members
Regular members are companies that manufacture a certain minimal amount of pipe tobacco annually. As per the PTC bylaws, regular members are eligible to serve on the PTC Board of Directors and vote at board meetings.
Associate Members
Associate Members are companies that furnish goods, accessories, or services to or for the pipe tobacco industry. Associate Members are welcome to participate in the services and benefits offered by PTC as per the bylaws but Associate Members are not voting members. Annual dues are approved by the board of directors each year.
Contributing Participants
There is another special category entitled Contributing Participants. Contributing Participants are firms that desire to support the vision and mission of PTC without becoming a Regular or Associate Member.
