The Pipe Tobacco Council and the Cigar Association of America work closely together on common issues facing their industries. The two trade associations represent every segment of their respective industries from manufacturers to distributors and importers.
The Cigar Association of America, Inc. (CAA) and the Pipe Tobacco Council of America, Inc. (PTC) have been working together on cigar and pipe tobacco industry issues for a number of years. CAA was established in 1937 and PTC was established in 1976. As leading national trade organizations for the cigar and pipe tobacco industries, we have faced industry headwinds before and have met those challenges to our industries.
On behalf of our members, we will continue to advocate for a strong, vibrant, and growing cigar and pipe tobacco industry. We accomplish our mission through passionate support of our members, a strong national network of governmental affairs programs, and by providing members with tools and resources to help them navigate through the current changing and challenging business environment.
